Around the time Donald Trump got inaugurated, everyone started reading dystopian fiction— old dystopian fiction. It allegedly had something to do with that “alternative facts” line, which signaled to a certain demographic of watery liberal that we had arrived in hell, where treasured rules of intellect and logic, after a good long reign, had died.
